Customer Support & Exchange Policy
All Hong Kong orders will be received within 5 to 7 days of order placement. Shipping within Hong Kong is free for all orders. For carriers, we use Hong Kong Post or SF Express.
All international orders will be shipped from Hong Kong and will be received within 14 days. Please note that there may be shipping delays for international orders due to issues outside of Taste and Living's control. We use a variety of carriers with tracking numbers.
- China, Japan, Macao, Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan orders: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of HK$150.
- Australia orders: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of HK$200.
- Other International orders: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of HK$300.
Please note that import fees for your order are not included in our shipping fees and extra charges may be incurred by your local authorities.
Return and Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer returns or exchanges of your purchases within 7 days from the Date of Receipt (based on customer signatures once received), unless they are indicated as non-refundable items such as gift cards, products purchased during clearance sales with major discount etc.
To be eligible for returns or exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and send us a photo within the same day upon receipt, and we will be happy to process a return or replace the item.
Exchange or Refund Application
To return your item, please either email us at email@example.com or use our Contact Us page. We will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours. Do not arrange a return without receiving confirmation from Taste and Living.
To return your product, you can bring your product in person or mail your product to our office. Our office address: Unit 402, Tower 1, Magnet Place, 77-81 Container Port Road, Kwai Chun, New Territories, HK.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange or Refund application, then arrange Exchange or Refund accordingly.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
